In fairness to our customers, we operate on the COMPLETED APPLICATION PACKAGE AND FEE RECEIVED. 

 THE MINIMUM CREDIT SCORE FOR ALL APPLICANTS TO APPLY IS 630. THE APPLICATION IS INCOMPLETE UNLESS ALL APPLICANTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 APPLIES. IF THERE ARE MORE THAN ONE APPLICANT PLEASE CLICK ON CO-APPLICANT AT THE BOTTOM AFTER OR WHILE FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL APPLICANTS.

Phone/email inquires do not start the process of holding any property. A completed application consists of being filled out in its entirety, signed and dated with the latest 30-day paystub, and copies of driver's license or state-issued ID. MILITARY ID IS NOT ACCEPTED. THERE IS A $250 FINE FOR EACH OCCUPANT 18 YRS AND OLDER NOT ON THE APPLlCATION/LEASE THAT IS RESIDING IN THE PROPERTY.  THE RENTAL HOUSING HISTORY IS (past 7 years renting, buying, family, etc.)

We accept multiple applications on properties. All applicants are strongly encouraged to view the property prior to applying. Unless Landlord and Applicant enter into a separate written lease agreement otherwise, the Property remains on the market until a lease is signed by all parties. Douglas Real Estate will continue to show the Property and accept multiple applications. All applications received will be processed and the best-qualified applicant will be approved for the property. An application must be completed for each person who is 18 years old or older and who will be on the lease and/or living in the property. ANY FALSE INFORMATION WILL CONSTITUTE GROUNDS FOR REJECTION OF THE APPLlCATION OR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE LEASE.

Be prepared to provide residential history as well as rental references. The application fee is $50 per applicant over the age of 18 residing in the home. There is a processing fee on all credit card payments. (note: additional information may be needed upon processing the application).

Your completed application will include the following:

Rental application & verification form (each applicant must submit a verification form).

Copy of your latest 30 day pay stub (we do not combine income for non-married couples).

Copy of your driver's license or state ID (Military IDs are not valid in accordance with Title 18). 

Online Rental Application
